These Terms of Service are provided by Western BTC. Should you need assistance, please contact us at josh@westernbtc.com. Our services are provided "as is" with no warranty, either expressed or implied. Your agreement to these terms is required for the use of our service.

To abstain from any form of spamming activities.
To refrain from consuming digital or literal spam.
To avoid overwhelming the service with excessive use.
To recognize that content moderation is not a provided service.
To properly utilize the service without any form of misuse or abuse.
To not distribute any illegal content or materials.
To understand that deletion of published content may not always be possible.
To acknowledge that Western BTC is not responsible for content circulated on other relays.
To be aware that certain services, including but not limited to publishing content, may be subject to fees.
To understand that chargebacks may lead to suspension or termination of service access.
To accept that service access may be withdrawn at the discretion of the operator for any breach of these terms.
To anticipate changes to these terms at any point, without personal notification.
To grant perpetual rights to your content necessary for service provision to you and others.
To comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules when using the service.
To act in good faith and not implicate the service operators in any legal issues.
To accept that access to content may be limited, throttled, or revoked for any reason.
To understand that content you publish may be distributed to clients or relays showing interest.
To not interfere with others' rights to use the service as per these terms.
To affirm that the service is not intended for individuals below the legal age in their jurisdiction.
To confirm that you are of legal age or possess the necessary legal consent to use this service.
To recognize that the service may be halted or ceased at any time without notice.
To accept that content may be removed at any time for any reason, without notice.
To consent to the collection of your IP address and/or public key to prevent abuse.
To allow for the sharing of your IP address and/or public key with others for abuse reporting.
To collaborate with service operators to address service abuse.
Furthermore, you acknowledge that:
All sales conducted through Western BTC are final. No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be entertained.
Fiat transactions are processed by Stripe. Western BTC does not store any payment information.
Nostr operates as a decentralized network, distributing user-generated data.
To combat censorship, you are encouraged to use multiple relays and potentially operate a private one.
Content filtering and moderation is the responsibility of the individual users, not the service operators.
You may encounter content that is objectionable or offensive, and Western BTC bears no liability for such exposure.
The relay operator is not accountable for the nature, quality, or legality of content produced by users.

Furthermore, you acknowledge that all sales through Western BTC are final with no refunds, returns, or cancellations. Fiat payments are processed via Stripe, and we do not store payment details. Nostr is a decentralized network relaying user data, and the responsibility of content moderation falls on individual users. You may come across content that could be offensive, for which Western BTC is not liable.

By using our service, you agree to the collection and sharing of your IP address and/or public key for abuse prevention and to cooperate with us in addressing any abuse of the service. The nature, quality, and legality of content produced by users are not the responsibility of the relay operator.
